There is a history of how my name was given to me by my husband, David R. Hall. David is a native Texan, as am I. He and I had been talking on the phone, texting each other, and dating, until one day he could no longer contain himself. He in great love and with long thought bestowed his pet name for me "Starshine". We had talked so many times of the star gazing and the symbols since ancient times of the stars.
I had never been more touched by almost anything with that day. Now, I have all these notes he addressed to me as Starshine that he leaves for work and he'd been quiet letting me sleep in after a long night of him keeping me up.
David Reed Hall works as a therapist at Austin Travis County MHMR.

Starshine, what a lovely moniker!
We are stardust - we are golden?
How did I find your blog? Funny you should ask... I clicked on the "Austin" tag on Blogger, as I live in Austin too. And up popped your site's link.
Pretty cool.
I'm relatively new to blogging and loving it.
Nice to "meet" you!
Jannie
Hi Jannie, Thanks for your comment on the blog. I need to finish writing the "whole" story, but I do love the pet name given to me by my husband, David. He was born and raised, for the most part, here in Austin, and knows so many people, that I never know who may be a friend of his or his family.
Yep,... we are stardust ! I'm glad that someone else remembers some of the moldie oldie goldie songs - ha !
I see by your website you play git-fiddle. So you must be a creative type !
Anyway,.... I've taken up enough of your time, just wanted to say, thanks for the visit, and I will have a LOT more stories, and far more interesting and intrigue later.
See you!
Starshine(aka Patricia Hall)
Hello,
I ran across this as I searched for my cousin David Reed Hall. I am sure this is the correct DRH.
My name is Todd. We are paternal cousins. Please tell David I would very much like to re-connect with him. Have not seen him since 1997 and times getting away from us.
Todd Hall
